General Policies

New applicants will be required to provide proof of their credentials and connection to the industry. Without qualifications, they will not be permitted to participate.

Prices & Payments

All prices are subject to change. Virtual Beauty Pro accepts payment through all major credit cards and Paypal.

Taxes

Prices do not include GST, PST, or HST. Appropriate taxes will be added to orders. For the USA and international orders, duties, taxes, VAT, and applicable import fees are not included in the delivery cost. These fees are determined by customs authorities according to the destination country, value and class of goods, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.

Shipping

For orders of $75 or less there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $12.99. For all orders above $75 shipping is free.

If an item in your order goes out of stock after your order has been placed in your cart, the out of stock item will be cancelled from your order. All in stock items in your order will be shipped, and cancelled items will be shown on your invoice. If the initial order you placed qualified for free shipping but part of your order was cancelled by Virtual Beauty Pro, the order will still ship for free.

Virtual Beauty Pro uses various commercial delivery services. Our standard is to ship within 2 business days.

Receiving

Products leaving our warehouse are subject to 2 inspections before being shipped.

Please carefully inspect the shipment and products upon their arrival. Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of beauty products all sales are final and no returns will be accepted except in the cases of incorrect items being shipped in error or items are defective. All products leaving our warehouse are subject to 2 inspections. Customers must inspect their delivered order immediately upon receipt.

Customers who believe their order contains incorrect or defective product must contact cs@virtualbeautypro.com directly to arrange replacement.

If the parcel is delivered damaged, the customer must mention it on the delivery company document, before signing and taking the parcel. Once opened, if the items inside are damaged, the customer has 48h to make a claim to cs@virtualbeautypro.com.

If an item is missing in the order, or if the wrong item has been placed in the package, the customer has 48h to make a claim to cs@virtualbeautypro.com.

To make a claim take a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and email the photo along with a brief explanation of the issue to cs@virtualbeautypro.com. Please include your invoice number in the email. Our customer service team will assist you.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars for items shipped within Canada. For items shipped outside of Canada, prices are in US Dollars.
